WORLDTAB
Last updated: October 9, 2026
WorldTab, developed by Kyle Zhu, lets you delete specific data without deleting your entire account. This page explains what you can remove and how.
This removes the entry from your device right away. If you are signed in, our server marks its copy as deleted (immediately, or the next time the app is online), so it will not come back in a restore and, with Premium, your other devices remove it the next time they open the app. The server copy is erased completely when you delete your account. To have deleted entries erased from our servers sooner, email support@worldtab.app (we will first check that none of your other devices still holds the entry).
If you are signed in, the ledger is removed from our servers, and its transactions are kept there marked as deleted, exactly like a single deleted transaction above, until you delete your account or ask us to erase them sooner.
These can each be removed individually from their respective settings screens (Settings → Recurring Entries, Settings → Categories, or the budget screen), without affecting the rest of your data or your account.
If you're using WorldTab without an account, all data lives only on your device. Uninstalling the app, or clearing the app's storage from your device's system settings, permanently erases it.
If you can't access the app but want specific data deleted from our servers, email support@worldtab.app from the email address on your account, describing what you'd like removed. We will process the request within 30 days.
To delete your entire account instead, see our account deletion page.
